Mongrel Supplicants

Worshipers of the Beast, when deemed ready, are infected by blessed parasites that fall off the Beast Lords. The parasites are full to the brim with the Lord's transformative blood, and these supplicants then begin their change into misshapen horrors, and are granted the Voice of the Beast, which they howl into the sky in adoration.
